Why per email and not per subscriber?
Sending is what costs money; storing a contact costs almost nothing. Per-subscriber pricing makes you pay every month for readers who stopped opening long ago. With SendNeo, a list of 4,000 readers getting one issue a week is about 17,000 emails a month — the $9 Starter plan.
Do the API and newsletters share one quota?
Yes. Every plan gives you a number of emails per month and you can use them for transactional mail, broadcasts, or both. One domain setup, one suppression list, one invoice.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
Broadcasts wait until you upgrade or the month resets. Transactional mail and welcome or confirmation emails keep sending for up to 20% more, so your product never goes quiet.
Why is there a review before my first live send?
Every new account is checked by a person — usually within a business day — before it can send to outside recipients. It keeps spammers off the shared infrastructure, which is what keeps your mail out of spam folders. Test keys and sending to your own team work right away.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes — you send from your own domain. Add it in the dashboard, publish three DKIM records plus the return-path and DMARC records we show you, and press Verify.
Who runs SendNeo?

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan. You can export your contacts at any time.
