Pricing questions
What counts as an email?
Each delivery attempt to one recipient: a transactional email to three people counts as three, a broadcast to 10,000 subscribers counts as 10,000. Test-mode sends are free.
What if I go over my plan?
Broadcasts pause until you upgrade or the month resets. Transactional mail and welcome or confirmation emails keep flowing for up to 20% beyond your plan, so sign-ups and password resets never break.
Do you charge for inactive subscribers?
Never. Contacts are free and unlimited on every plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time from the billing page. Upgrades apply immediately; if you cancel, your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards and local payment methods through our payment partner, Dodo Payments, which also handles sales tax and VAT invoices.
