SendNeo is the transactional email API from Yorker Media. We are a publisher: we run dozens of websites, and every one of them sends mail of its own — sign-up confirmations, password resets, alerts, receipts. We built SendNeo to do that job for ourselves first, on Amazon SES, and opened it up so other teams can send through the same well-kept pipes.
SendNeo does one thing: it delivers the email your app sends. Newsletters are a different job, and they live in our sister product, LetterNeo.
What we care about
Pay per email. You pay for the emails you send — nothing for keeping a domain, a template or an API key. The plans and their prices are on one page, and every feature is on every plan, the free one included.
Honest deliverability. We report what really happened to each email: sent, delivered, delayed, bounced, complained or failed — never an inflated "delivery rate". A person reviews every new account before it can send to outside recipients, and automatic brakes pause an account whose bounces or complaints spike, so one sender cannot spoil the reputation everyone else shares.
Privacy by default. We don't track opens or clicks on transactional mail. Message bodies are deleted after 30 days and message records after 90. We don't sell data and we don't put advertising trackers on this site.
No lock-in. SendNeo speaks the same API shape as Resend, so moving in — or out — is a base URL and a key. Your domains stay yours; the DNS records are standard DKIM, SPF and DMARC.
