Migrate from Kit, beehiiv, Mailchimp and others

SendNeo's Migration center (dashboard → Newsletters → Migrate) moves your list without a support ticket.

Import with an API key

  1. Pick the platform you are leaving: Kit, beehiiv, Mailchimp, MailerLite, Buttondown or Resend.
  2. Paste an API key from that platform (the page tells you where to find it).
  3. Choose the list or publication, and the SendNeo newsletter to import into (or create a new one).
  4. Optionally paste your old newsletter's RSS feed to copy past issues into your public archive.
  5. Confirm your subscribers opted in, and start.

Only active subscribers are imported, with their names, sign-up dates and tags. Unsubscribed, bounced, invalid, disposable, role and duplicate addresses are left behind, as is anyone on your SendNeo suppression list. Your API key is stored encrypted only while the import runs and deleted when it ends.

Substack, MailCheap and everything else: CSV

Export subscribers as CSV from the old platform, then upload it on any newsletter's Import tab. We need an email column; first_name/name, last_name and a status column are used when present.

Transactional email from Resend

Nothing to import: set RESEND_BASE_URL=https://sendneo.yorkermedia.com/api, use a SendNeo key, and verify your sending domain in SendNeo. See Migrate from Resend.
