Email validation

curl -X POST https://sendneo.yorkermedia.com/api/validate \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $SENDNEO_KEY" -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"email":"ada@gmial.com"}'
{"object":"validation","email":"ada@gmial.com","syntax_ok":true,"domain":"gmial.com","mx_found":true,
 "disposable":false,"role":false,"did_you_mean":"ada@gmail.com","result":"risky","reason":"looks like a typo"}
result Meaning
deliverable Valid syntax and the domain accepts mail.
risky Probably a typo, a disposable inbox or a shared role inbox (info@, support@ …).
undeliverable Bad syntax, the domain does not exist, or it accepts no mail.

SendNeo does not connect to the recipient's mail server to probe single mailboxes (that would hurt your sender reputation), so deliverable means the domain can receive mail, not that the exact mailbox exists. Validation is free: 500 checks a day on the Free plan and 5,000 a day on paid plans. AI agents can call the same check with the validate_email MCP tool.
