Team and roles
Dashboard → Account → Team → Invite someone. They get an email with a link that works for 7 days.
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything. One per account; cannot be removed. |
| Admin | Everything the owner can, including API keys, webhooks, domains, billing and the team. |
| Member | Write, test and send newsletters and sequences, manage contacts and imports, read the email log. Cannot manage API keys, webhooks, domains, billing or the team. |
People who belong to several SendNeo accounts switch between them from the account box at the top of the sidebar.
The Free plan includes two seats; paid plans include unlimited seats.
